Rossell Techsys Limited will hold a board meeting on September 18, 2026, to consider a proposal for the issuance of equity shares via preferential allotment to certain investors, in accordance with the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, and the Companies Act, 2013, and will convene an extraordinary general meeting to seek shareholder approval for the fund raising.
